These life-size paper birds are designed Johan Scherft from the Netherlands and sold with his permission.
The templates for these birds are printed with Canon ink on quality 32 lb / 120 gsm paper with a matte finish, and then individually cut and assembled. The paper and ink stand up well to sunlight.
The Ruby-throated Hummingbird is available either with a 24″ length of clear fishing line ready to hang, or on a wire stem with a small wooden block so he’ll stand about 10 inches tall. The little bird itself is 3 1/4 inches from the tip of his beak to the tip of his tail.

The Nuthatch loves to go upside down on the tree, so I designed a different kind of stand for him. The Nuthatch is about 5 1/2″ from beak to tail, and the “tree” along with the base stands about 12″ tall.
